Objectives

  • Design and build HTML/CSS emails - contributing creative ideas to increase engagement, revenue and CRM objectives.

  • Deliver projects to the agreed timescales, ensuring the highest quality of communications.

  • Work with stakeholders to ensure communications are accurate and meet business requirements.

  • Follow industry best practice guidelines, keep on top of the latest trends and make sure all templates and designs are responsive and maximised for mobile platforms.

  • Test communications to check all designs are to a high-standard, on brand and consistent.

During my time working with Jet2.com, I was responsible for the end-to-end design and development of a wide range of promotional emails, supporting time-sensitive campaigns across multiple destinations and seasonal offers. Each campaign required a strong commercial focus, rapid turnaround, and meticulous attention to email client rendering.

While I delivered numerous campaigns, standout examples used animation to grab readers attention, this was the norm for emails from Jet2 — the below examples showcase my ability to balance bold visual storytelling with acceptable HTML email code.

The emails I created helped drive engagement and bookings by combining bold, on-brand visuals with reliable, responsive code. My ability to deliver high-quality emails at pace ensured marketing teams could launch time-sensitive promotions with confidence and consistency.
